Relocatable skid with a fully independent additive control system. The system is designed to weigh and send batches up to 200kg of MacRebur product into asphalt mixing facilities.

The system can be operated via the onboard HMI or from an industrial tablet inside a 300m range. Integration signals were also provided to allow the machine to be fully integrated into the asphalt mixing plants.

Remote access is provided via the Scotia Automation IXON Portal, which allows for remote commissioning. The IXON IIOT router also provides up to date metrics on end user throughput allowing the team at MacRebur to monitor order requirements. The entire control system was designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned by the team at Scotia Automation.
